Our Promise
At Ventality, we stand behind every product we ship. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want to make sure every experience with our brand reflects the standard we hold ourselves to. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we will make it right. No hassle, no runaround.
Eligibility
Due to the nature of consumable health products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on opened or used items. This policy exists to protect the integrity and safety of every customer who receives a Ventality product.
We offer a full refund or replacement for:
• Items that arrive damaged or broken in transit
• Products that are defective or tampered with
• Orders where the wrong item was received
To be eligible, claims must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date.
How to Submit a Claim
Email us at contact@ventality.health with the following:
1. Your order number
2. A brief description of the issue
3. A clear photo of the item and/or packaging
We will respond within 1–2 business days and resolve your claim within 5–7 business days of approval. In most cases, you will not need to return the item.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that window, orders are processed for fulfillment and cannot be modified or stopped.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to issue refunds for:
• Opened or partially used products (except in the case of defect)
• Buyer's remorse or change of mind
• Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
• Delays caused by the carrier once the order has been handed off
